授業概要 ／ Class Description This couse is a comprehensive study of what is and uses of special makeup. Emphasis will be on script analysis and comprehension of design by learning history, theory and materials. Students will have the opportunity to have hands on experience with materials, for a greater understanding of concepts of design. This course is not about fine arts.
到達目標 ／ Goal To gain an understanding of the concepts underlying special makeup.
To acquire the abilities to design and execute original designs.
To consolidate the various skills by creating designs based on a specific theme.
実務経験 ／ Business Experience Neal Martz is known for his work on Hitsujitachi no Chinmoku (1991), The Devil's Advocate (1997) and Black Rain (1989).

・評価の基準：授業態度30％、作品70％
教科書等 ／ Textbook 授業の中で指示する。
準備学習 ／ Preliminary study 日頃から特殊メイクに興味を持ち、関心を向けること。
毎回、師範の後、各自で師範通りに実習を進めていく。
期限内に作品を提出すること。
